You’ll be the frontline of communication with our districts – responding to support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring every district knows we genuinely care about their success. This role blends technical problem-solving, clear communication, and a deep understanding of the needs of educators and school systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support district teams by responding to questions and resolving issues with care and clarity
  • Troubleshoot problems and guide users toward solutions that help them move forward confidently
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure every district has a smooth, positive experience
  • Identify common needs or questions and suggest ways we can improve how we support our district
